Bleeding during some positions but not others?

I (23F) had penetrative sex for the first time with my boyfriend (24F) in January, and the first few times I had some bleeding and I figured that was pretty normal. But now it's been about three months since then, and I'll still bleed infrequently, but I notice it's usually when I'm on my hands and knees or my stomach – so really any doggy style positions or prone, but not in any other positions. Anyone else have any experience with bleeding more often in this position? Does it tend to go away or get better?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
