Anybody else the butt of jokes to your couples friends?

My one colleague likes to point out that I'm still single and will often ask about my sex life or say that I need to get laid or whatever. IDK why but when she does it I get really uncomfortable and feel like she's picking on me. It happens more often when she's been drinking so I feel like I should just chalk it up to just being a rude drunk. But most of the people I know are married or in a relationship and I feel like being the single lonely girl has made me a target for jokes or pity.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
