Today has been a difficult day for me. My company put me on a performance plan today and I told my wife this who doesn't work but takes care of our 4 children. So today I bought hockey tickets to take my two older kids to the game. I asked my wife if she moved the car seats out of the car.

She says " of course.. I do everything around here and you do nothing.". I was fuming but kept it cool and said "whatever I do stuff do." But then she kept attacking me and belittling me. This of course is front of our kids. I finally said "shut up you fat bitch.". She then told the kids they can't go to the game with me. Anyway I didn't say nothing and went upstairs to cool off. I'm the bread winner and today is a beyond stressful day and she still makes me feel like an awful man. What I said was evil but I will not apologize. Whenever I'm down she makes me feel worst. I'm sick of her. Our kids are 7,6, 2 and 3 months. I'm under a lot of pressure and really was looking forward to the hockey game to get my mind of off things. New to this sub and I'm sorry I'm posting such negativity but would appreciate any input. We have been married 9 years.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
