I love you more than anything in the world but you are not chained to me.

If along this long road we endure hardships that break your sprit. If something helps you lose your self while your with me and for some reason you need to explore. You are free, I will not force you to stay no matter how bad I want you to never leave. I love you in full. I am confident in us that if you need time to explore. If you need to take the time away from me in order to discover your self more. To dig deeper into you and wether that be with someone else or by your self I will always love you. In truth can we stop loving someone.

I will let you soar. I will let you be free and discover every aspect of your emotions. Let you find what makes you happy. What makes you become more you. If our love is true. Our love will prevail and find one another. Our love will always come back. I will not fight you on this. I will not encourage you to stay even if it causes me suffering. I will be patient because love is patient. You are to leave and find what you need. Just remember I will love you. Upon return I will forgive, love is forgiveness. I won't be bitter or sour. I will be patient for you, waiting for you, and being there for you for what is needed. For this is the knowledge of true love. No matter where in the world we will think of each other and we will miss each other. No matter the pain endured, I will remain yours in this life forever. So, please go and do what is needed for your happiness and peace of mind. You will find me at the correct time this time. On different terms, in different growths, and prospectives. I won't ever forget you.

The difference between being right and being understood

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
