I can't figure out how to talk to this one girm I really like

So I like this girl in one of my classes and I know she likes be back, or at least is very interested in me because all she does is look at me (in class, passing period, library, etc.). The thing is, it's been almost the entire year where we just stare at each other from across the room and I 've had very minimal conversation with her, and now there's only 2 weeks of school left till finals. I don't know how she's still interested in me considering we both were waiting for one of us to make a move. But the point is, I need to something because I think this has been the first time my crush has liked me back. I was able to talk to girls without a problem last year, but I don't know what happened this year. And it's a perfect situation right now tol because she's sitting two seats away from me. I just really don't know what to do and I really need help.

Edit: I'm a 16 M and I'm pretty sure she's 15 F
