My marriage could fail! Help.

My husband and I have been together for 9years. Married for 5. We have 3 kids under the age of 8. First child was born at 17. It’s always been a struggle. From being young parents to financial stuff. We love each other. No doubt. But lately it’s been really hard. We’re struggling. The stress of buying our first house has hit HARD. I am and have always been a pessimist. I can’t help it. He is a realist. And it’s never been a problem. But lately he’s made me aware how my pessimism is really detrimental to our relationship. I’ve googled it and researched it. Nothing helps me understand how to be less or not pessimistic. If you’re a pessimist and your spouse isn’t...how do you make that work? Help me save my marriage.
