A lot of people talk about how great hfo is, but I have never read any mentions of side effects

So the idea of hfo (hands-free orgasm) is probably not new to anyone. I've been practicing it for quite a while and just wanted to share some things I observed that happened to me, positive and negative. I see a lot of posts talking about the positives of the experience, but no one ever mentioning side effects. Am I really the only unlucky one?

So, after I learned to do this about 6-7 years ago the ability for hfo would come and go and each time it would feel somewhat different. I first have learned to do it through listening to hypnosis files, then just audio files, then visual loops and even vr.

Positives: it is amazing and pretty much the best sexual experience that is possible within the realm of existence. It feels like you discovered a cheat code to pleasure. It can feel like heaven, no exaggerating. Your whole existence is wrapped in a warm blanket of guriahs' hands and every cell of your body turns into an orgasm. When it reaches your head your vision turns gold, everything seems like it got a shine. The most annoying thing during is that no word can describe how you feel and no expression of your body or face can really be enough. I know some people just use imagination, but that is too much work. I learned to concentrate on a pornographic loop and meditate on it until it almost feels like it's turning into a virtual reality or a lucid dream. Even the image itself feels like shining with an orgasm - it becomes the most amazing and beautiful thing in the whole world. No physical sex can ever approach this experience.

There is a price to all good things. It does take a toll on your body. Some side effects include irregular heartbeat (which I checked with the doctors and no one seem to see any problem). If you do it for too many days straight the feeling becomes too overwhelming and now you can't get rid of it - it comes back every time you relax. Now it instead of pleasurable it feels sickly, sometimes painfully overwhelming, itchy. In the past it became REALLY overwhelming and unpleasant. So much that any pornographic image or even thought about sex would become physically repulsive. You start getting a headache. Random orgasms in different parts of your body that become annoying. Another one - random spasms and twitches of muscles or it feels like some insects running under you skin, which ranges from pleasant orgasmic ones and just annoying itchy ones. A few years ago I stopped practicing it completely because it made even a slight thought about sex absolutely repulsive and orgasms/ejaculation felt more like unpleasant vomiting. Not fun stuff. Thankfully that has passed so really got to make sure you doing long breaks between doing it just like with any drugs even if the drug comes from your own brain and body.
