Frustrated; Get interest but getting nowhere ??????

It’s difficult, i just want a FWB, I don’t have time to go out and game girls, when I do it’s a numbers game. Tried so many sites and make it clear what it’s about, I get all kinds of interest and positive good looking girls of all ages, then “ to see more please enter your credit card”, not !!! All the chat sites are just lets pretend I’m your little kitty, not !!! I just want another FWB matur, 25/40 and in person, I can’t even flirt where I work because laws are so tight I’ll lose my job, almost all girls I meet around here should be in diapers, or just want an emotional tampon because they’re to busy sexting, or their nasty. I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
