Does it sound like she is about to flake? Should I just tell her we should meet up another time or wait?

I met a girl about guy months ago and we clicked instantly. This was around Christmas time, and she kept texting me and showing interest. After Christmas, we kept texting but I realized I had a lot to do before committing to someone fully so we didn't hang out one on one, but continued to text and send each other memes. We bumped into each other about a few months later and started hanging out again. She mentioned at one point she "wants to date but feels like something is holding me back" I I realized after hanging out with her for about a month that I do like her. We've been hanging out a lot recently, but it's been hard to meet up because I've been going out of town for the past few weekends and she's been a bit busy too.

Last week, we were supposed to meet up but she canceled and said she hopes I am not mad but that she will make it up to me and we'd be down for dinner next week. I was leaving Thursday after work, but had to postpone to Friday morning due to weather so we still hung out on Thursday and I had a great time. She said she wants to meet next week for dinner still.

The thing is, I found out that she is going out of town this Thursday for EDC (Vegas) and then to see her family for Memorial Day weekend. Which is fine. Yesterday she said she was gonna make sure to finish everything so she can see me tomorrow and we were sending each other flirty messages all day. Today, it's been fine but she's been telling me how she has a million things to do (errands like car oil change, go to the mall, pack etc) She asked me if there is anything we could do and I said we could either grab dinner like we had planned or go to the mall like she had planned and to let me know and she told me she is still getting her oil changed and that she needs to shower and is starving. Then she said she is tired and to forget the mall she is gonna go tomorrow but that she will text me when she gets home and showers.

I guess I am going through an up and down with her. Sometimes I feel like there is a mutual interest, other times I feel like she now has a lot going on to date. I am not sure if it is wroth bringing up now, since she is getting ready to leave and must have a lot on her mind, or just go with the flow and talk about it when she gets back.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
