How often do you "reset" your OLD profiles?

Simple question, how often do you delete/revamp/restart your online dating profiles?

Context is relevant for me I suppose: I live in the upper midwest. We have a few bigger population centers and I live just close enough to two of them that I can kinda see what is available. I also work as a delivery driver so I drive to a third large city daily.

I use strictly Bumble at the moment. I first downloaded it on a whim when I was still in deep depression over my ex-fiance dumping me out of the blue...it was a very bad call. I deleted the app when a different ex and I had a brief moment of leaning on each other and were hooking up. Forgot to delete my profile and redownloaded the app, nothing. After a couple days I deleted and restarted my account with the same crap profile...then ran out of swipes lol. After about two weeks I decided my profile needed a complete reboot. I went this past weekend without it (app and account deleted), rewrote my profile, got two new pictures and tried again this week. One match that didn't want to talk is all I can speak of as to success, but I'm also not a universally attractive person and I'm definitely not photogenic (but I am improving). Basically, while success is limited I'm slowly taking baby steps.

Next weekend I'll be going out of town for a few days. I don't really plan on getting a date between now and when I come back (it's Thursday night, I would have to arrange a babysitter for this weekend so it's probably not happening and definitely not happening the week before I leave). I'm considering doing another full delete on Tuesday and restarting my profile again the following Monday, or just going snooze mode. But I wanted to get input on how everyone else goes about refreshing their accounts.
