Ladies of Reddit, do you notice that your sensitivity/ability to orgasm changes with your cycle?

I'm anorgasmic and don't have a particularly sensitive clitoris to begin with, but sometimes I just... hardly feel anything when stimulated. Obviously this is frustrating for both me and my partner, because, well, it sucks when you're having sex and it doesn't even feel good. Not that it feels bad, and I still get turned on, but it doesn't feel like a whole lot of anything.

I've started to try to pay attention to when this happens, and it seems like it might be related to hormone changes with my cycle. For me, it seems like in the week or so after my period my lady parts are just dead.

Does anyone else experience this? Am I crazy?
