Asking out waitresses on thr job - yay or nay?

Hi all - late 30's, single here.

While out at certain local establishments for dinner or drinks, I always take notice of the attractiveness of some of the wait staff. Physically, as well as them seeming to be friendly, unfake people.

It always gets me thinking to myself - Wow, I would really like to ask this person out for a drink sometime and get to know them outside of a work environment - but am always held back over the seemingly social faux pas of this behaviour.

I don't want to be creepy about it, but would it turn me into the creep to do this? Or am I missing out because I am not taking the chances?

Waitresses of reddit - does this happen to you a lot at work? Do you wish it didn't?
