Shout out to my incredible wife.

We've been together for 11 years, married for 8, 5 kids. There's some background.

Back in December I took a job with a company that I really believed would be a great fit. The job description was exactly what I was looking for, and the company culture seemed on point. Well, fast forward to today and it looks like the wool was really pulled over my eyes.

So I started looking, kind half assed, but looking. And lo and behold a company reached out to me without any prompting asking if I would sit down and discuss a position they had available. I spoke with my wife about it, and without hesitation, she was completely on board. Anyway, long story short, I took the position and will start next week.

But I'm blown away by how much she has stood by my side through all this. Through all the shit treatment, the super long hours, the backstabbing politics, all of it. She stood strong. She made it all worthwhile.

So tonight, I raise my bourbon soaked glass to the strong companions who stand fast with their partner through the hard times. You the real MVPs.
