[20M] My Coworker [24(ish)M] keeps being a snitch at work. Unclear what to do next.

Obligatory warning that I typed this on mobile.

TL;DR : My coworker snitches on everyone for everything, and I can't take it anymore. He refuses to confront me instead of running to my manager. He also believes that if he can't do something no one else can. Finally told him to fuck off after clocking out today.

So a bit of backstory. I'm a college student who's been working from job to job. Right now I work two jobs. In the summer I work on a farm, it pays well but they don't really need me during the winter since a lot of the work we do in the summer revolves around mowing, weeding, etc.

Because of this I always take a second job during the other 1/2 or 2/3 of the year since I'm not needed as much. I used to work at Starbucks, but recently changed to McDonald's which was paying a bit more for me. I pretty much keep myself on good terms with all my co-workers and respect boundaries.

But recently one co-worker of mine has become a problem for me. I often check my phone for the time here and there (There is a clock on the register I work at, but honestly it's become a habit for me.) Not a single problem so far, until "Don" showed up. The moment I pulled my phone out to check the time, he ran to the manager. Like a legitimate sprint. Within a couple seconds I was getting reprimanded because "Don" said I was on my phone. There were no customers, and I was assigned to stay at register.

It'd be a lie if I said I wasn't a bit pissed off that he was getting into my business. So I decided to confront him calmly about it. As soon as I go to talk to him he instantly says "You shouldn't go on your phone at work. It's not fair if you do it when I can't do it."

The fuck?

I ask him nicely next time instead of telling to manager to just confront me instead. He then goes on a rant that "the manager is like our mother, she should know what we're doing." Obviously put off by this, I trudge through the conversation. I try to explain that you don't tell your parents every time you go out to eat or chill with friends. This was a mistake because he went on about how he always does and even gives them exact time frames. And among other information that I really didn't need nor cared about. After this I ask him to just keep things about me to himself and call it a day. Instead he gets mad and says if I bring it up again he'll tell the manager I'm harassing him. After that a week passes with him basically snitching on me about the most basic things. I take out two hand towels to clean the lobby (How I was trained and how we have to do it by health code standards.) He goes to the manager. Me and another co-worker talking while it's quiet and everything has been clean? Manager. Go to the restroom. I'll give you two fucking guess who gets to know. Most of it the manager doesn't care about, but honestly it's annoying to deal with his shit. And I'm not the only one, almost everyone hates him. After he basically was screaming at me for cleaning the trays a different way than he does I ended up telling him to "fuck off of my business because I don't have the patience to deal with his shit anymore" after I clocked out. Honestly it's becoming a problem, he also freaks out when anyone curses or says "Jesus Christ" or "God"

The thing is the guy isn't autistic, or has Asperger's. He's just weird. So I can't even chop it up to that.

Honestly, should I just drop the job and get another one? Because lately I've been getting scheduled with him more and more and I'm getting close to losing it.
