If using porn is not very healthy, is it ok to masturbate just as much but without it..?

I don’t know much about this subject as you can tell, I’m a woman in my early 20’s (if that makes any difference), I know too much porn or and certain type of stimulation can cause issues with guys (death grip). I am wondering if the same thing can happen to women with clitoral stimulation.

How can someone keep a healthy (and easily stimulated) sexual life while they don’t have a sexual partner?

Is masturbating without pornography the key? Does using elaborated toys makes things worse?

My guess is that hand only (or plain manual stuff) without pornography would help preserve sensibility mentally and physically, but I could be wrong and that’s why I need help here.
