Female pain in abdomen when penetrated from behind?

I notice ever since I first started having sex that when it is done from behind I feel a sensation in left side of my middle to lower abdomen. It’s a bit of a pain that is present when the penis is inside my vagina and instantly goes away when it is out. I never minded much because the pleasure outweighed this slight discomfort.

Last week, I had a pain in that exact same spot....except I wasn’t having sex, it was long lasting, and very intense. It especially hurt to move and exhale, and I ended up in the emergency room. I had my pelvis examined and CT scan on my abdomen and while based on the location the doctors believed it to be a stomach issue, my colon, kidneys, and ovaries all checked out fine. They gave me some morphine and the pain eventually went away. I hadn’t had sex from behind in a few weeks, and it wasn’t until the other night when I did it that I realized it was the exact same spot. Does anyone else know this experience, and if so has it spontaneously turned into real pain with no obvious cause?
