Will using spermicide(gel on my penis) + withdrawl + cleaning hands/peeing after every time + using fam or nfp apps be just as effective as using condoms? Does anyone have experience using these methods together? Looking for couples who have been successful using all of these together?

As stated above, does anyone think these methods used together every time could work as effectively as a condom? Or should I make an appointment to get a vasectomy? I’m mainly here to talk about what I can be in control of. Maybe she’ll gain my trust, but at this point i’m just curious if anyone uses these methods in conjunction with eachother and has it worked for any men out there in the long run? Condoms suck. Wish the illuminati would just release the male pill already(i’m kidding).

Also she and I are std/sti free.

I unfortunately can’t trust anyone with their side of birth control it seems. Maybe if she gets an IUD that’d be great, but she can take it out and not tell me. So i’m just wanting to figure out how I need to plan on my end of things. I really would just rather not use a condom, or get a vasectomy, but I def do not want kids. But I want to see if others have had success using any of these processes in conjunction with each-other vs using a condom for birth control? Any success stories?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
