Question on OLD and Work

31F, not dating and have never used OLD. I met my soon to be ex husband in a bar one night ten years ago and we have been together ever since. I have a random question about online dating (disclaimer: I’m so far from ready to date and have no plans on doing it until the divorce is finalized or maybe even later, who knows. I’ll be honest and say coming to this reddit certainly makes the prospect of dating extremely daunting, but I digress)

I work very close to where I live. At this company, I have I guess what you would call a position of influence (though it’s not management, trying to keep details spare for privacy). The company employs a lot of males, many of them single. It makes me cringe to think of seeing these people on an OLD site and them seeing me, entirely due to the type of role I have in the organization. Is this something anyone deals with? Is there a way to “filter” workmates out? I’ve never signed up or used a dating site so this is probably a ridiculous question. Thanks for any clarification/suggestions/comparable situations you can share.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
