Do you go on dates you’re “unsure” of based on the pre date banter or lack thereof? Has it gone differently than expected?

One thing I’m having difficulty dealing with is whether or not to go on a date when you’re unsure about either their or your level of interest. Like when someone proposes a Sunday coffee date, or a Wednesday after work drink... I’m not trying to cram in as many dates as possible myself. I’m trying to go for quantity over quality. Quantity determined somewhat by the banter and if it’s good or not, how attractive I find their pictures, how into me they seem... recognizing though that some (lol, many) guys hate texting. I just don’t have a lot of time to waste on meh dates, and so far my intuition about someone before we meet is generally right. Thoughts? Suggestions? Am I being too hard lined about it? If someone isn’t interested enough to meet me on at least a Thursday or ideally Friday... is it even worth going? I’m so not into Sunday - Wednesday dates, and personally do not suggest it if I’m actually interested.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
