Question regarding unprotected oral-sex

I'm 18 and I gave unprotected oral-sex to my ex-girlfriend 2-3 months ago and I've had a sore throat since. I went to my local Planned Parenthood and got tested for everything, and I'm absolutely clean of everything! I even went to my doctor and he said, I should just be taking tylenol and it'll help with the discomfort, I don't show any symptoms of anything. I'm looking for permanent solutions l What can I do to help my throat??
