Is it okay to reach out to a guy (24M) who has no interest in me (24F) and ask for a one-night stand?

I'm conflicted about the situation I'm in.

I met a guy on OKC and after flirty messages decided to go to the movies on our first date. However, the date was a deal-breaker for both of us since we didn't speak all that much. It was obvious that he had no interest in me after our date.

The one thing that stood out to me was during the showing of the movie. It was dark and he started to caress me and I to him, it was only time throughout the entire date where we were physical with one another. So I knew the chance was there, but I was conflicted in giving in or not. We never kissed as well.

I asked him out again, but at that point, he was just stringing me along. I cannot stop thinking if maybe I should have been the one to ask him if he wanted a one-night stand with me. Is it too late for me to ask him? Do I even have a chance to this one-night stand if the guy has 0 interest in me?
