Just finished a date with a girl..... but almost seemed more like a business meeting?

Matched with a girl on bumble. Chatted for a few days, until I asked her out for drinks. Just came back from a 2 hour drinks/dinner session with her.

Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit when I say "business meeting", but I say that in the sense that there was 0 flirting. Basically, we just got to know each other, talked about our lives, jobs, interests, etc. Personally, I had a good time and thought she's an interesting person, and got to know who she is, but I guess I'm just unsure as to how she saw it. We both paid for ourselves, I ended by saying I had a good time (nothing more), and gave her a hug goodbye. She doesn't come off to me as a super flirty, or sexual individual, so that may be why I'm a little unclear on her level of interest.

So my question is, what do I do from here? I wouldn't say I'm 100% sold on her or anything, but would be someone worth seeing again to learn more about. How do I approach this? Do I just message tomorrow saying "hey, I had a good time yesterday, I want to get to know you better, how about we do xyz on whatever day?"

Opinions? Advice?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
