Feel like I keep coming back to where I started from

I am a 23 year old male who wants to find a girl who I can casually date, hook up, or maybe have a long term relationship with. The past month, I have been putting myself out there more like going to bars and approaching women in the most random settings. While most women that I approached were relatively receptive and I was able to have some great conversations, it seems that I always hesitated when it came to asking for a number. I am also on a bunch of dating apps and I had my fair share of matches there but none of the conversations would really lead anywhere. It does get frustrating after a bit and I'm considering deleting them altogether. I went on a handful of dates but again none of them led anywhere. Right now it's kinda hard for me to land a date because most women who I talk to would either stop responding or respond with the least amount of effort possible. It just seems that no matter what progress i seem to be making, I always end up back where I started. This is more of a rant rather than an actual question but whatever.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
