I missed an opportunity with a girl and it’s been killing me

This was my last week of college so everyone’s been going out almost every night. A few days ago this girl I knew brought one of her friends out with us and I really hit it off with her. Super attractive, had a lot in common, similar personalities, etc. We ended up ditching everyone and walked around the downtown area of our college all night for like an hour and a half. We all met up at my neighbors place at the end of the night and hung out there. I decided not to make a move then and we hugged and she went back to her place with a friend.

The next day my neighbors and that girl asked me to go out again but I already had plans that night and - seeing as this was one of my last nights out with some other friends - I couldn’t ditch them, so I declined.

Yesterday I was drunk with the mutual friend and she said that the girl liked me and that she could’ve set me up. It was my last night at college so that’s never gonna happen. Im just kicking myself and wish we’d have met earlier. DAMNIT😂

The difference between being right and being understood

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
