How long can you stay hard during masyurbation without touching/physical stimulation?

I tend to go soft within 30-40 seconds if I stop touching when standing, sometimes even less. Elections seem stronger/longer lasting when sitting or lying, also noticed when I go from lying down to standing my erection seems to go down.

Is this out of the ordinary? Bit anxious about having sex again and not staying hard.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
