You Are the Sun and Me the Earth

When I wake up you are there every day. Just like the sun. Similarly you light my day up. I am no longer in the dark once I go to you. You play a major role in my life and lifestyle, and what I aspire to be. The thought of you keeps me thinking, “What could I do better?” , “How can I better myself?”. When your light shines upon me I seldom think negative thoughts. When you burn me, I let it heal and continue to love and take in your light. You let the feeling of summer and spring in after every long winter. Your heat and anger amaze me, and I love being there to cool you. Your days that are cool, I love bringing you back to your joy. They say Earth is not so lucky to have life on it. But we haven’t found anything else yet, so we must be the perfect match.
