Is this worrying?

Hey Reddit! So over the weekend I was with my girlfriend and we ended up with some oral play towards the end. We both like things a bit tougher so we did. After, a canker sore formed on the underside of my tongue. I’ve heard this can be common if you just do it in a bad position, but I wanna know if anyone of you have experienced this before or what. And to note: this isn’t herpes. We both tested negative for any STDs and STIs recently. And cold sores usually aren’t on the inside of the mouth from what I know.
