Girlfriend (20F) insults me (20M) and treats me like an enemy for no reason.

I have been going out with my girlfriend for almost 3 years and has had alot of issues e.g self harm/narcissistic parents since before she met me which I have tried to help her get through and have been quite successful with as things to get to her as much and she doesnt harm herself anymore. However recently when she appears to have a problem with somebody and I try to talk to her about it she acts like im just like everyone else and doesnt accept my help. She says her reasoning is that she has a bad sterotype of guys and that I should talk her out of it. But how is she thinking like this if ive been with her throughout all of her problems for three years. Yesterday i was talking to her fine, put my phone down for ten minutes to play jenga with my nephew who lives quite far away from me and i dont get to see much, and when i get back to my phone i see an essay from her saying that I just use her for sex and dont care about her even though I have helped this girl with everything and take care of her, give her money when she needs it, talk to her qhen she needs someone, take her out after university everyday and make sure shes fine because i know she has issues. So I say ti her i'll give her a day to calm down. The next morning o see messages from her saying that im ruining her life and shes going to fail because of me and she isnt going ti get anywhere because of me, just because I gave her a break from me to calm herself down. I dont know what to do and im not sure if i should leave her because she might just be sad and not actually believe those things and just need time.

Tldr - My girlfriend of 3 years randomly thinks im with her just for sex even thought ive told her shes family, made her meet my family, looked after her and helped her with family and mental issues, told her that i wanna marry her and im saving for a house for us. And after giving her a break from me just to calm down because she might he overthinking, i read a message from her saying that im ruining her life.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
