Is texting too much annoying?

Long story short, I've (m29) gotten to know a girl (f25) on bumble which has now moved to cell texting. The thing is we have great conversations sometimes lasting all day long. My problem is that if I ask about things she'll engage in a conversation happily but hardly ever starts a conversation. I'm getting to some points where I dont know what else to talk about and then there will be no texts sent at all by either of us. I want to talk but I'm afraid if I text too much, she'll be annoyed and not want to pursue a relationship but I dont want to feel like I'm ghosting her. She agreed to go out after the virus is gone so I dont want to screw things up. Is this a reasonable fear or issue or am I just overthinking things?
