Should I try one more "hey?"

I'll try to make this as short as I can.

I told this girl I liked her, she told me she liked me. We went on a date, and it went well. I tried setting up a couple more dates, but she is busy this time of year with school and work, so instead I started offering to pick her up from work. So that's what I'd do, pick her up, we'd talk and make out for a while, then she'd go home. We'd been texting every day, things seemed to be going well. Until one day, a switch got flipped. I'd text her, and many hours later I'd receive a one word response. I offered to pick her up again, nope she's got a ride. I asked her out on another date, she said she'd let me know. Then silence. She hasn't texted me, I haven't texted her. For a few days now.

I know the answer is probably to just let her go. But there was no sign she lost interest or anything, and the last night we were together was great, so it just seems odd to me that she'd ghost me like this. I am really tempted to just send one more message in case I'm just over thinking things...
