Need Advice: Getting mixed signals from co-worker, debating asking her out

Sorry if this is too long.

New girl started at work about three months ago. In our line of work two people will work together all day so there's a lot of time for conversation which always turns into non-work related at some point. First time working with this person was actually an overnight trip so plenty of time to spend together and get to know each other. Dinner on this trip kinda felt like a first date somewhat and I, at least, was picking up a small vibe after a while.

Couple weeks pass and after working together we've begun talking about our families and our histories and likes and dislikes and opening up to each other. We especially like talking about music and have introduced a few new bands to each other. She also seems to genuinely laugh at my dumb jokes. At this point I'm starting to get a "thing" for her and about to ask her out and in conversation she mentions having gone on a couple dates with a guy, so there went the wind from my sails. Next day we run into each other at a festival and talk for a few minutes and during this she introduces me to said guy. Okay, I was too late I guess but as far as I'm aware, this isn't a serious thing with him, just a couple dates still.

Fast forward to this past week and she asks me out of the blue if I like a certain artist and I respond with yes, I'm familiar with their music and listen to them a lot on the radio. She then mentions they have a show in town on Wednesday and asks if I would like to go with her, it just being the two of us. I was pleasantly surprised and said yes and we then proceeded to buy our tickets.

Concert comes, we go and had a good time, or so she said afterwards.

While in line she mentioned liking to go see our local minor league baseball team play some time and I haven't been myself, so I'm going to make an attempt to see if she's free the next home game and ask her to a game.

Her status with above mentioned guy is unknown to me right now. I feel like there might be a mutual feeling between us BUT not sure if it's just as friends on her end.

Advice?

EDIT: Just a little background on me. I'm terrible at dating. I'm always too late to the game and for that reason have never really had a girlfriend. So the confidence is laking except in this instance. I'm just not wanting to step on any feet.
