Is my (23F) boss (40M) into me?

graduated from college in May and am working my first 'real' job (aside from internships, summer jobs, etc.) Since this is my first 'real' job, I'm unsure of how to approach this. I was recently hired as an assistant at a firm and I think my boss might be into me. I'll briefly list notably strange things he does to me (not to anyone else):

- when we walk, he stares at me. like STARES into my eyes and smirks (we're talking 15+ seconds without breaking eye contact), i've caught him checking me out/ looking at my boobs before, when he interviewed me, he winked at me multiple times, the other day i went to ask him a question about a particular document and he leaned up against me (like body on body) to look at a piece of paper that didn't require that, we had a work event recently and my boyfriend and i were talking to him. he ignored some of my boyfriend's questions and mostly talked to me and was being extremely smiley and flirty, he always complains about his wife and his current life and how he wishes he could be young like me again, when he passes my office he usually looks at me, smirks, and adjusts his hair.

All of this is new to me and I'm unsure who to talk to. Is he just being friendly/am I making a big deal out of nothing? He doesn't always act that way.

TL;DR: my boss may be into me but I may also be looking too deep into it. I don't know what to do

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
