My [20M] Girlfriend [20F] is horrible with responding to texts and posts other people sending her flowers

So, Me and my girlfriend have been friends with benefits since December 2018, we started dating in July 2019. The relationship is great when I see her, the issue is that she says she is always busy with school or work whenever I text her and thats when she responds to my texts which is also a rare thing. She posts bouquets of flowers that other people send to her anonymously and it makes me feel like shit because it makes me feel like my love for her isn't enough.

The issue I face is that this is the first person I have met who truly understands me and it isnt bothered by my weird quirks, she finds my jokes funny and whenever we see each other it feels like time stops and its incredible. But, when she gets mad at me for saying or doing something she will just stop responding to my texts for days, and I wont have anyway of reaching her until she gets over it. It just becomes extremely frustrating and it makes me contemplate whether I want to continue trying to make this relationship work.

Another thing that irritates me is that she posts stuff "relationship memes" so a meme she posted was that something along the lines of "Girls, its the season where guys going to be saying I love you dont fall for it" and this was right when she was angry at me. Yesterday, she posted on her insta a song cover and the caption "wrong guy at the right time, right guy at the wrong time". She makes these posts but doesnt want to respond to my texts sometimes it feels like I am just wasting my time. What do you guys think? Any advice is valued greatly!

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
