Should I (19M) keep having interactions with her (19F) after what occurred?

I met this person over social media due to common friends, I've never met this person before. She interacted with my posts, but i didn't bother to start a conversation via DM. Then one day she DM me then I thought of what could go wrong, if i do something with this girl, I'll be getting out of my comfort zone since all this of interacting with a female was sort of new to me. And so I chatted with her and the conversation flowed, got her number, we flirted and she even sent some photos of herself just to tease. We've talked to each other over the phone a lot and we managed to see each other only three times, the last one being in in Valentine's day. I went to her University (her's was in route of mine) and got to stay with her some time till night fall. It was out of nowhere that I showed up, it sort of surprised her in a good way. I bought her something to show that I care for her and she gave me something back. During that day, she was teasing me that she was gonna kiss me, but I rejected her because I didn't feel like it (idk why, for me It felt awkward, sort of childish the way she said it to me). At the end, she drove me to my lodging (I didn't have car) and when we got there she was insisting me if she could stay over the night since it was nightfall (my roommates where at the place doing some work at the place) I told her in a decent way that no, because it will be rude from my part to my friends to bring someone. She sort of understood, saw her face of disappointment and drove back to her lodging. We kept interacting after that, but the conversations we had diminished. Then a couple of days later she posted a video on SC of her hanging with some other dude at 3am. That hit me hard, and so after watching that I lost interest in talking with her. She tried to talk maintain conversations with me, asked me to hangout to someplace, but the damage was already done. It's been a couple of months since the situation and she still tries to have a conversations with me, she even tried to see me once a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't have a chance to make it. This girl has tried to hook with me, but my novice ass didn't managed to catch the idea. For what I can see, she still has interest in me, and perhaps I still want to have some intercourse with her, but I'm not sure how to go there without looking all needy. Btw, what f*cks me up is that I know she's been with other dudes ever since the last time I've seen her, and to me to know that, it's just uncomfortable.. idk. I'm willing to live this life, as the common frase says, "Carpe Diem".

Any advice for this plebeian? Sorry for the long post 🗿
