I always bleed heavily after having sex
Every single time I [24F] have sex I end up bleeding. It is very heavy spotting that requires a pad or liner be worn for the next few days. Sometimes it even turns into a short period. This has happened with my past couple partners, and was really bad with my last partner. It doesn't matter how gentle it is, or how much foreplay we do. I even bought vaginal dilators when I was dating my ex to try and help "warm up" before the act. I do not need artificial lubricants (but have bought them just in case).
It is physically uncomfortable for me at the start, even when using dilators, and hurts a little bit. Also stings/burns afterwards. I have been tested and do not have a UTI, bacterial vaginosis or any type of STI (I was last checked via a blood test in January for my annual check-up).
I've been diagnosed with a retroverted uterus but was told it's a normal genetic variation in women and shouldn't have an affect on me. I've also had ovarian cysts in the past shortly after having my IUD implanted two years ago, but I don't have any cysts currently.
I'd just really like to enjoy sex without pain and needing to buy so many god damn pads. Any advice helps!
