Am I wrong to be mad?

So I was talking to this dude and like we like to be sarcastic to each other. And I usually like to joke around and I said “get to steppin” which is like get lost but in a funny joke way. Afterwards, I asked how they were other than annoying me, I got the seen.

Usually if I get the seen, I’d just wait for them to respond cos I don’t want to bother them with another txt cos I think they’re either busy or whatnot.

I didn’t get a reply until I txtd in the morning saying Gmorning. They responded and then I asked why they didn’t respond. Apparently me saying “get to steppin” made them leave and then he says that “I wanted to see how long you’d stop responding to me and your reaction in them not responding back”.

Now I was annoyed, majorly. I was thinking they were busy and had no time to respond or something happened and he was out here there telling me after I told him how I felt about it (which was majorly pissed at this point) that it was just a “jOkE”.

Idk, but I didn’t find it funny. So let us know if I was just overreacting or not.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
