How do I initiate sex?

So don't want to make the story too long. But I went through a break up recently and got back out there and found an awesome girl on Tinder. And we stayed out from 12am to about 4:30am together on our first date I took her on. It went really well. I got to hold her and make out a bit at the end but that's really it. She seemed really into me and had the cutest smile after we were done kissing and I could tell she liked it. She's very open and made it very clear she is pretty into sex and even got into her kinks and stuff. I think had I said the right things or whatever we could've probably ended up having sex but I didn't and didn't really want to either on the first date.

But what do I say to kind of initiate it? Also we're both 21 and live with our parents. And because we've only been on one date and aren't trying to make each other meet parents or anything where would we do it? Would I ask if we can go to her house? In the back of my car? This is the first date I've been in since the over 4 year relationship I had been on since high school and I just don't know how to initiate sex. I feel confident in my sweet side and saying and doing all the right things there. But completely lost on sex. Any pointers?
