Do you think this is a date?

Last month I went out to lunch for the first time with a coworker who I like - at the end of the meal I told her that if she would like to grab dinner sometime, she should let me know. She kind of awkwardly laughed and said OK - I think I caught her off guard. A week goes by, and I get a text from her in the middle of the day asking me if I’d like to grab a drink after work. We had a couple drinks and good conversation, she was ready for a third round but I had to leave because of a project I had to finish that night. Ended the night with a hug and tentative plans to meet up again.

I texted her after that and said that I had a nice time with her and suggested that we should go out again after the holidays. She said that would be perfect. We texted a bit back and forth over the holidays and on NYE she said we should hang out this week and catch up. I went ahead and made dinner reservations for Friday night and said we could check out a new cocktail lounge after. I’m also going to be picking her up from her place.

Do you think this is a date? If the night goes well, should I make a move in my car as I drop her off? Or should I walk her to her door and go for it?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
