I [25/F] don't know if he [23/M] is still interested in me

Hey everyone, I (25F) started casually seeing a guy last October. He's a pilot from the west coast, and I live in NY. His flights are all on the east coast and I met him through a dating app- he occasionally stays in hotels overnight around my area. We've been texting every day since we matched on the app last year. However, we've only hung out twice in person, the last time being in November. It's difficult to see each other because of our distance and the fact that he's been on a leave of absence from work.

Our conversations are pretty lackluster, partially due to COVID (being quarantined with nothing to do). I've told him that we should meet up again soon and he agrees, but hasn't made a real effort to try to hang out. He wants to fly me to his state but he's not very proactive about making set plans.

We haven't been dating or hooking up with other people since we've met (at least this is what he tells me). He goes out a lot, but I don't see him with girls on social media. A little while ago I asked him how he sees us, and he responded that he thinks we're good friends talking out of the friend zone, to which I replied that I felt like we were very casually dating, to which he agreed. He sometimes asks for nudes if I'm flirting over text. I just don't know if he's actually still interested or if I should move on. Thanks.

TL;DR: I [25/F] met a guy [23/M] last October who lives on the other side of the country on a dating app, and we've had a stall in our relationship. Should I continue to try to make it work?
