Guys, do you want a girl to reach out after a fun night together?

Okay, so I met this guy through some mutual friends a few months ago and we had a really fun night. It was the end of the school year so we didn’t really see each other at all after and fell out of touch. Flash forward to this weekend and we were at a party together, talked and he mentioned that he had wanted to reach out sooner but never did. We have so much in common and just genuinely really clicked. We spent the night together and I thought we had a great time again but it’s been a few days now and I haven’t heard from him. I’m really interested and haven’t been able to stop thinking about him, but don’t know if I should initiate the conversation or what to say if I do. We don’t currently live in the same city and it’s not like we’d be able to hangout for awhile anyways, but I want to talk to him and not sure what to do or say :/ any suggestions??
