Holding an Erection

Background: 20yrs old male

Problem: In the past, I had holding an erection and blamed it on alcohol as the problem because I doubted I had ED. However, with the last two girls I had an affair with, I was sober. I don’t consider myself to be experienced or good with sex and I’m insecure with my penis size (girthy but slightly below average) so I do get really nervous. In my head, I’m mainly focused on making sure I’m doing everything right for her and asking questions like “is she enjoying this?” “I’m sweating too much” “I hope she doesn’t think my dick is too small”. I plan to sleep with her tomorrow so any quick response would be grateful

Question: do you think the limping of the penis during sex is caused by ED or performance anxiety/nervousness?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
