Etiquette for staying over at a date’s house for the first time? Toothbrush/makeup etc? Help!

Ok so for context, I’m 25F and have been on 3 dates with 27M. He’s invited me to his place next week to make dinner and watch a movie - I can guess where this will lead and I am assuming I will be staying the night... I have never done this type of dating before so I don’t know how to handle it.

For example, is it weird to bring a toothbrush? Like will he think I was presumptuous? I don’t wanna have gross breath in the morning but also can’t exactly ask to use his cos people are weird with stuff like that. Also in terms of makeup... I don’t think I’m ready for him to see me completely bare (don’t want him to chicken out when he sees me au natural lol) - so ladies, when you hook up with someone for the first time what do you do about your makeup? Take makeup wipes with then wipe it off in the morning and just be happy with no makeup or only take off part of it so you don’t look a mess/reapply a little? I have no idea. I don’t want to take too much stuff in case he thinks I’m going overboard or assumed I would be staying or anything. Also should I take wine/chocolate?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
