Me (23 F) and my boyfriend's (27) roommate asked to have his girlfriend move in with us.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year. He had been asking me to move in since four months of dating, but I started moving in in July. I'm still in the process of transferring things over from my parents. My boyfriend's roommate is also one of his best friends and lives primarily in the basement. The home is owned by my boyfriend. I've noticed that the roommate leaves messes and doesn't clean at all. My boyfriend has complained about this, but I happily clean the house.

My boyfriend's roommate has been dating his girlfriend for around 4 months. Over this period, they have had explosive fights...one of which landed him in the ER. They drink frequently and are sometimes up into the morning. The drinking is no problem, but the fights that follow and the mess is not okay. My boyfriend received a text message from his roommate asking if his girlfriend can move in because her current roommate is moving out and otherwise she will have to move back home. He stated that she would be over almost all the time regardless, which didn't sit well with me. My boyfriend said he wasn't entirely comfortable with it and said this is my home too now so I get a say. I said that I don't feel comfortable with it as well. Now, I feel bad.

I feel irritated that his friend would tell him that she is going to be over alot anyway.

How would you handle this?

TL;DR My boyfriend's roommate wants his girlfriend to move in. My boyfriend owns the home. We have told him no, but he said that she will be hanging around here alot anyway. What would you do?
