Is it possible I'm dating an introverted guy or is he not into me?

32F who is also an introvert so I feel weird that I have to ask this haha. 28M will tell me to call him which freaks me out so I text him and then he'll ask when I'm available. I was also confused about him telling me to call him because if a guy pursues me through call or text I feel like that's a green light he's into me.

I actually didn't talk to him for a couple weeks because he said he was going through some things and needed time alone. Me being me took that as a rejection and never tried to follow up. We were both at our mutual friends cabin over the weekend and slowly warmed back up to eachother. He did not seem to enjoy me talking to a different guy and kept butting in and by the end of the night we were holding hands. He told me to call him if he doesn't see me soon so I texted him yesterday and we were chatting a little bit.

He initially made the first moves on me and I told him casual for now (yes read between the lines). I've also asked if he's seeing anyone else and neither of us are. Everytime I've asked something like this he's straight forward which piques my attention because in the past when I've dated avoidants they always have additional comments about not wanting to be exclusive or wanting to avoid relationship talk.

I can be standoffish so help me out - should I take a little more initiative or what would one do with an introverted guy? Maybe it's not enough detail to tell if he's introverted so feel free to ask away

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
