Is Death Grip syndrome real?

All my sexual experiences have been one night stands, and each one it has taken me ages to finish, around 3 hours+. I do masterbate once every other day and it goes significantly quicker around 15-25 mins. I have told my mates about this and they have suggested that it could be due to lack of a connection with the other party. Have I potentially got this mystical thing called ‘death grip syndrome?’

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
