A 19 year old woman has shown interest in me sexually (a 64 year old man), is it inappropriate to reciprocate?

As my subject states, I am 64 years old. My wife passed nearly 10 years ago. A young woman in my neighborhood has been showing interest in me sexually. I've been paying her for a number of years to garden and perform other tasks around my property. She’s always been extremely polite and helpful, but recently she's become more flirtatious. Normally I wouldn't make any assumptions that a woman was interested in me, but she's made it very clear. She’s been complimenting how handsome I am, she's told me I could have any woman I wanted, "even a girl [her] age," and she's even offered to cook me a "romantic dinner" on a few occasions (she's in culinary school). I don't feel that his flirtatiousness has ever crossed a line of being distasteful, and it has made me feel more confident as I've been working hard to stay in shape. I'll be completely honest, she's an extremely attractive young woman with a slim, curvy body and she's surprisingly mature for her age. I know that it's perfectly legal, as we're both adults, but I'd like to see what others think about the situation. I hope this doesn't make me sound like a "creepy old man," but I've always been attracted to younger women. As I've contemplated putting myself back out into the dating world, I stumbled upon this community and I've been visiting it regularly. I've learned a lot from reading though the messages here, so I appreciate and respect any advice/opinions you can offer!
