Where should I go on a date, with the coronavirus shutting everything down?

This will be my 3rd date with someone, providing I didn't screw up the second date. I asked her when we can do this again, and she said we should probably wait till after the coronavirus blows over. I'm not sure if she was serious or just trying to brush me off....

Anyway, our first two dates were at eateries. One was a restaurant and the other one was just a lounge. I'm not sure if she would want to do a dinner date again, so I was trying to think of other things we could do. She picked the first two. I thought I could pick the third. However, the coronavirus is shutting everything down. Most places are going to be closed now. I'm not sure where to take her. Heck, in my state, the Governor has mandated that all restaurants will be closed, and you can only do drive-thru now, for the foreseeable future.

I'm nervous she'll eventually lose interest in me, like everybody else. So I guess I'm panicking on where to take her. I'm a loser who still lives with their parents so I don't really want her to come over to my place. I feel like that would be weird. Any suggestions?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
