Why are relationships so problamatic these days?

Divorces are high, lots of married couples aren't happy, break ups happen constantly, a lot of men struggle to get into a relationship in the first place, there are plenty of single parents, and cheating is a big issue on both sides. These are a few things I noticed, and it seems rare to be in a genuine relashionship with someone for a long time. Am I seeing things, or is this actually happening?
