Advice Needed Please!

Friday is my last day of Uni for the year until next year. A girl in my class who i like is moving Uni's next year so I won't see her around this uni anymore. Friday is my last chance how do I tell her I like her? I think she maybe into me but not sure. I suffer from anxiety which makes it difficult to get the nerve to ask her out. Thanks!
