Am I Crazy Or Not? Angry Wife Question

So my wife and I are sending emails back and forth to a lender for refinance. I addressed my wife in the email by her first name while responding to the lender. My wife proceeds to text me that I'm so disconnected from her by not saying "my wife will respond" vs "janedoe will respond". She blows my phone up with text that I'm cold and I don't have it in me to naturally give her her place?

What the hell? I'm so use to responding formally on emails I did it without thinking? This can't be normal behavior. Any input to how to approach this?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
